1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "cafeqq" — the website accessible at https://cafeqq.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access all Platform services.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional, welcome, reload, cashback, or referral credits granted to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" — deposits made directly by a Player using a supported payment method, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total aggregate wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds and related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document-check process required by the Platform for account security and regulatory compliance.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, as determined by the Platform from time to time.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform scheduling, promotional periods, and customer service hours.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of cafeqq is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cafeqq enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with the prevailing legal standard for online gambling applicable to Indonesian residents. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing wagers.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a corporate entity or in a professional capacity as an agent, trader, or intermediary.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where access to online betting platforms is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal position before using the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of cafeqq or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors, unless written permission has been obtained in advance.
• You are not suffering from, nor are you in recovery from, a gambling addiction or a condition that impairs your ability to make sound financial decisions. If you have concerns about problem gambling, please visit our Responsible Gaming page before registering.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to keep your account details up to date throughout the duration of your membership.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of cafeqq services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and potential forfeiture of associated balances.
2. Accurate information. You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, active email address, and valid mobile number during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
3. Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cafeqq will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Notification of unauthorized access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify cafeqq support immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend the Account pending investigation.
5. Account transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any balance therein to another individual.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cafeqq are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallets.
• Maximum single deposit: Rp 100,000,000 for major banks; Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets.
• Deposits are processed within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on the issuing bank's settlement schedule.
• cafeqq does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which cafeqq bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded, less any applicable processing costs.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours of submission. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the cafeqq Account. cafeqq will not remit funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The Platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction triggers internal compliance checks.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only the net winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cafeqq offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credits carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus requires Rp 15,000,000 in cumulative wagers before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots (excluding progressive jackpot slots) typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets and crash games contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms. Check your active bonus panel for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Validity window. Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. The default validity period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited , unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active. While Bonus Funds remain in your Account, the maximum single wager permitted is Rp 500,000 per bet or spin. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per promotion. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account action.
• cafeqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.
• Seasonal and cultural promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, Imlek, or Nyepi are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion launch.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, lottery products (including togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other wagering products offered on cafeqq:

• Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by cafeqq. The Platform reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, including bets placed on markets subject to suspicious pricing movements or irregular activity.
• Odds and prices. Displayed odds are indicative until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a system error causing manifestly incorrect odds to be offered (e.g., 1000/1 on a heavy favourite), cafeqq reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes.
• In-play betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may shift. Acceptance at the requested price is not guaranteed. If the odds move adversely by more than the stated tolerance, the bet will be returned for player reconfirmation.
• Sports results. The official result as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton, etc.) is the final determinant for settlement purposes. cafeqq is not bound by broadcast or media results where they conflict with the official declaration.
• Mix parlay (mix parlay — accumulator bets combining multiple selections) require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void selection reduces the accumulator leg count; a lost selection voids the entire bet.
• Game malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino game or slot, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned. cafeqq is not liable for losses arising from software errors originating with third-party game studios.
• Disconnection. If a Player becomes disconnected during a casino game session, the game will resume from its last saved state upon reconnection. cafeqq is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cafeqq. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain ("bonus abuse", "arbitrage exploitation").
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means. cafeqq cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in fraud investigations.
• Money laundering — using cafeqq as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimize proceeds from criminal activity. cafeqq operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and files suspicious transaction reports where required.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity to open an Account.
• Impersonating cafeqq staff, moderators, or other players in any communication channel.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward cafeqq employees or other platform users.

8 KYC & Verification

cafeqq is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, the Platform requires all Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be triggered at the Platform's discretion for accounts displaying unusual activity.

Acceptable KYC documents include any of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID: National Identity Card (KTP / e-KTP), valid passport, or SIM (Indonesian driver's license).
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 3 months displaying your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing the account holder's name matching the cafeqq Account name.

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Files must be legible, unedited, and clearly show all four corners of the document. Edited, obscured, or expired documents will not be accepted.

cafeqq aims to complete KYC review within 24–72 hours of receiving a complete document set. Players will be notified by email upon verification approval or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state during the KYC review period.

9 Privacy & Data

cafeqq collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, cafeqq uses your personal data to: verify your identity, process financial transactions, deliver customer support, send promotional communications (where opted in), and fulfil the Platform's compliance obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

cafeqq is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, all of which are accessible free of charge through your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing it permanently.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. During exclusion, cafeqq will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cafeqq, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages, regardless of duration.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, banking system errors, or e-wallet provider outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred during use of the Platform. Gambling involves financial risk, and Players accept that risk in full by choosing to wager.
• Inaccuracies in sports data, live score feeds, or statistical information displayed on the Platform, where such inaccuracies originate with third-party data providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cafeqq's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

cafeqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe.
• The Account is found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age.
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• The Platform is required to act by a competent regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

13 Amendments

cafeqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to fee structures, wagering requirements, or withdrawal limits — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to registered Players and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor amendments (typographical corrections, clarifications, or non-material restructuring), the updated Terms will take effect upon publication without separate notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.

14 Governing Law

cafeqq is operated by an entity incorporated and licensed under the laws of its jurisdiction of registration. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the Player and cafeqq shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents cafeqq from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to enforce payment obligations.
